We have a Broadwater stove on Arione, and have resigned ourselves to turning whatever we're baking around every 15 minutes or so. You might be able to install some sort of diffuser plate above the burner, but we haven't bothered. We love the stove otherwise, and rotating roasting pans really isn't that big of a deal for us. The unevenness is much less pronounced at lower temperatures, and doesn't matter at all for meats and baked potatoes..

It works very well except that the oven does not heat evenly. The oven burner is at the rear of the cooking space. So the roast or baked goods close to the rear will burn, while the food near the front is under-done. Are there any tricks to solve this problem? A way to help the heat distribute more evenly? -Neal. ___________________________________________________________________________ || The Live-Aboard List : send a "subscribe" or "unsubscribe" request || || in body of message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] || ____________________________________________________________________________________ Looking for last minute shopping deals?
