I don't think you can make the assumption that wind generator
efficiency is constant. As I understand it (reference books are in
storage) the efficiency increases significantly with RPM. That's why
so many wind generators aren't very effective at low wind speeds.
There are both mechanical and electrical inefficiencies that change
(differently) with rotational speed.
