You can register to vote without going to Florida, if you are
formally changing your residence to St Brenden's Isle at Green Cove
Springs, FL. They will upon request forward their customers the
Affidavit of Residency that you complete under oath, indicating to
the State of Florida that you are making Clay County Florida (Green
Cove Springs, FL) your formal residence. This is then filed with the
County court house authorities and you can receive your right to vote
thereafter.
