Eric,
if you used Acronis to make a backup then you can recover any file.
I use TrueImage 11.0 to make full drive image backups and also
make a bootable CD with Acronis.
Use Acronis to mount the image file as a virtual drive to access files.
I noticed you are using OutlookExpress 6.0, so to restore an old mail folder
copy it from the backup file to the folder where you keep the mail files,
ie:
C:\Documents and Settings\eric\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\
{XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX}\Microsoft\Outlook Express\
Delete the file 'Folders.dbx' in that directory and when you open
OutlookExpress
it will create a new folder listing which should include your restored
folder.
Good luck,
Walter
