I went to Dell website at the complains page and there are hundreds of consumers had the same problem with dell. I had a home build custom on acer body and it the battery was just fine after two years when I sold it. Dell would not even answer my email requests. On the other hand my Dell Axim 51v PDA runs fine after three years.
