Do they use the same pins? If so then it probably won't work. If they don't then make a custom cable with just the right pins going to the right jacks. I made my own programming interface for the 8900 and 7800.

Does anyone know where I can obtain a Y cable (splitter) for the FT-857D CAT connector? That's the one that the LDG Yaesu one touch tune interface uses? I am also interfacing PTC-IIusb pactor modem to the radio and it also need to connect to the same jack. It is a 8 pin mini-DIN jack. I need a male with two female pigtails. I'd sure like to use the Thanks, Jim. _______________________________________________ Liveaboard mailing list [email protected] To adjust your membership settings over the web http://www.liveaboardnow.org/mailman/listinfo/liveaboard To subscribe send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] The archives are at http://www.liveaboardnow.org/pipermail/liveaboard/ To search the archives http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] The Mailman Users Guide can be found here http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/mailman-member/index.html _______________________________________________ Liveaboard mailing list [email protected] To adjust your membership settings over the web http://www.liveaboardnow.org/mailman/listinfo/liveaboard To subscribe send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] The archives are at http://www.liveaboardnow.org/pipermail/liveaboard/ To search the archives http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] The Mailman Users Guide can be found here http://www.gnu.org/software/mailman/mailman-member/index.html
