Norm knows a lot about Gloucester as a cruising destination:

After the Cape area it's off to Gloucester, our northern home. We spend
weeks there, haul out for annual maintaince, and throughly enjoy that
wonderful town. We love Gloucester. I'll spare you details, they would
just make you drool.
We are about 15 miles East of Boston right now, heading north as I write
this. I will email it to list when we are closer to Verizon to get
an EVDO signal
aboard so we can email it in.
Any advice from Norm or the list on Gloucester will be appreciated.
