The list rules do not allow attachments, however the list software does 
not block them.  I personally don't have an issue with small attachments 
as the exception but I would like to hear from the bandwidth challenged 
to see if this will be an inconvenience.  If so, there are other ways we 
can share files if there is a big enough interest...
