Good old Lehmans, located next to the livestock auction, in beautiful 
downtown Kidron, right in the heart of Amish country.

The Amish still use the "wringer", a non electric, manually powered 
water remover as far as I know.

Still remember my mother using one when I was a kid.

If you don't have 120V available, just add a bucket and some muscle 
power<grin>
