The pinacle product would not work with XP..it is designed to work with Vista. It is a good product however.. The Hauppage product worked well with my X:P and hates vista.. although I have such a crappy place for reception its lousy... It worked great though when I was in annapolis and with xp.. the $99.99 pinnacle is the one I Had.. that works well with xp.. you have to be able to get reception. I think both are HD as well..
