I'm using a Pinacle on my Toshiba with XP pro and when there is reception in the area it is great especially the digital stations. My antenna consists of the antenna that comes with it hoisted to the top of the mast. Kinda funky but I did not want to go to the expense of taking the mast down until I knew it would work.

It is a good product however.. The Hauppage product worked well with my X:P and hates vista.. although I have such a crappy place for reception its lousy... It worked great though when I was in annapolis and with xp.. the $99.99 pinnacle is the one I Had.. that works well with xp.. you have to be able to get reception. I think both are HD as well..
