I would prefer to pull it out from the bow, but if you can't, I'd get the  
tow boat up close to the stern and run the wheel up fast for a moment and  then 
back off to get a prop wash wave under the Albin and pull it off  slowly. You 
might try that several times to get it rocking. Put any weight on  the Albin 
bow to help lift the stern. If there is an A frame on the work boat  use it to 
lift the Albin. Using the Albin prop to help back off might help in  the prop 
wash timing.  Any way you can, push water up under the Albin  or float it 
higher.
