Tierra Verde Resort Marina - its the second one on the right after you turn left to go to fort desoto .. first one is tierra verde marina. NO liveaboards.. city of st pete marina but the waiting list is long... Harborage on south 4th ave might have openings.. if not put your name on the waiting list... got a car? check out regatta pointe and twin dolphins.. just over the skyway south in manatee county on us 41. might look around pass a grille beach.. couple of tiny marinas down there were iffy aboiut liveaboards.. might have changed.. gulfport does not allow liveaboards holiday inn by the skyway used to there were some small marinas on the icw side of st pete beach.. its one of those situations you have to hunt around... few docks for rent as well... good luck..
