I don't understand why these guys are suing the refiners. It wasn't their idea, it was forced down their throats by the G'ment/EPA. It was easier and cheaper for the refiners to continue using MBTE. Take a look at the EPA doc's mandating Ethanol and it's clear they had no idea the problems it would cause...
