Wow, I'd love to see that in a video clip.

I suppose learning how much propane to squirt in the tire is like learning how 
hard to pull on a wrench while tightening a bolt.  You have to strip a few to 
learn.

Well you could try the trick  loggers use on the flat tires on their skidders. 
You know the big 4 - 6 foot diameter tires.  
You squirt some propane or butane in through the inflator valve.  Then toss a 
lit match at the leaks coming out past the bead.   Ther isn't enough  propane 
to do any real damage but the explosion delivers enough gasses  so fast the 
tire expands rapidly.  
Caution!
  Best done with wheel  removed from vehicle. Also best done outdoors.  <VBG>
In winter time its often  the only way to handle flat  skidder tires  that have 
sat overnight at minus 20 or lower.  I have seen this work a dozen times  after 
a shop compressor failed to inflate  the tier and seat the bead on the rim.
