Norm, some of the divers in Beaufort do the explosive thing to remove props in the water. I don't know how or what they use, but it works. I never see fish floating to the top of the water, so the small explosion doesn't seem to bother anything. I think it just sets up a vibration (shock wave) and the dissimilar metals vibrate at different frequencies and separate. Don't really know **************Get a jump start on your taxes.
