Hey, Skip - Since it's only a short piece, have you considered "rolling your own"? A 1.25" cardboard tube shouldn't be hard to find, and should have an OD pretty close to the ID you're trying for, or could easily be padded with a couple of sheets of paper. Soak the outside of the tube with release agent, roll some fiberglass cloth around it, wet it out and squeegee it off. It would probably be a good bit cheaper than the OTS stuff, too.
