Propane. Has almost as much heat/gallon as kerosene which we used for 12 years. IMHO alcohol is for day trippers - very expensive. (even more outside the US,)and not nearly as much energy per gallon as the above. We have a Force 10 two burner compact model. Wife loves it. It will handle an 11 inch diameter pot.
