fairhope marina is cheep if need to get a slip... the restaurant there is NOT with the bucks and the selection is very limited.. its just a tad but tooo gourmet for the area. Real expensive too.. Nearest grocery is 12 miles away... I spent the past week there in the rain and cold.. by the pogy plant.. be forewarned you anchor down wind of the pogy plant you are gonn regret it.. pogy plant for those who don't know the term it is a plan tthat processes menhaden for fishmeal. The stench is vile.
