Hi Kevin, Cynosure is a '87 Passport 40 sloop, about 12.5 tons loaded. My home port is Friday Harbor WA: I've cruised the PacNW and Vancouver Island a fair bit but headed down the coast in '06 and have been in Ecuador for a while now. Will be leaving here in late November to go back up to Panama and over to the Caribbean. I've used a 20-kilo Bruce-type claw with no problems to this point but am aiming to prepare for more wind and different anchoring conditions where I'm heading.
Thanks for the input on the Rocna! Any other reviews out there?
