Lee: Go to www.imtra.com and then call them. They stock most parts and give very good telephone support. They recently re-built my totally FUBARed Lofrans gear box for $300.00 including a lot of parts and did a great job. If you don't see what you need on the website, call them. They seem to have lots of "legacy" parts sitting around the shop that aren't listed on the website.
They also have lots of PDF's (manuals, drawings, etc) is case you're interested. My motor was "frozen" up too, but I was able to free it up with copious doses of WD40 and a badass set of vice grips. I'm not sure, but I think IMTRA may be the only Lofrans source in the US. They aren't cheap, but they are good.
