There are several versions of this device.  One of the brokers we worked 
with during our search (Gene Gammon at Gulf Coast Yacht Sales - you can also 
look for "the Irwin Guy" on the net, as he specializes in them) repped a 
company who made them.

Not cheap, but VERY neat.
