There is a position between the Ostrich and the defeatist, and that is where I 
stand.
The annual energy usage for mankind is equal to the energy sun transfers to the 
earth in just one hour. 
It is my belief that mankind will learn to capture and use solar energy with 
better efficiency.
Also, my confidence of good old USA, Worlds most powerful nation, must be 
greater than the average bear's.
Life is good, but one can be dismal and miserable if that is what one wants to 
be.
