For what it's worth, I bought the top-climber (the ATN version) a while ago 
and used it often
on my old boat. A great way to get up and down the mast using only my legs
for strength. My only issue was that the halyard I used to attach the
climbing line was a little more "stretchy" than I would have liked but
having said that, the system works perfectly as advertised! Captiva, on the
other hand, came with an electric halyard winch so I gave the top-climber to
a friend who's boat wasn't equipped with the electric winch.
