I have a model 16 Bartow winch on my mizzen mast that I can't figure out how to get it apart. All of the other Bartows (the small ones) have an allen screw in the center and are easily disassembled by removing that screw and lifting the drum off. When I look down the center on the model 16 I see a flat surface. It might be a cover but there's no obvious way to get it off. There are no holes for a spanner wrench, like my large Bartow winches. Has anyone run across this before?
