Do you mean Barlow or Bartow? If Barlow, you can find documentation for a Barlow 17 (and several other models as well) on my ftp page. Maybe a 17 is enough like a 16 that you can figure out what you need to from the IPB. To download, go to www.witanco.com/public then for user name enter "svcynosure" and for password enter "ftpguest" (both without quotation marks). You'll see a folder of Barlow and Barient stuff.
My winches aren't _exactly_ like any of the doc'n I have, but the illustrations and so forth are close enough to keep me on the rails. Hope this helps.
