Thanks, I looked up Dr. Öz’s website. Might be able to get some free advice on how to wean myself off cholesterol and blood pressure pills. Here is the question I submitted : “Once a person uses medication to lower his/her cholesterol level does it become harder to maintain low levels with good diet and exercise but without medication?” I am thinking elimination of pill popping ought to be one less chore as well as one less expense for a circumnavigating retiree. Darn, getting fresh vegetables and fruit is not going to be any easier than getting pills. Hello canned peaches. (I love peaches) Thanks again, and fair winds, Ahmet ________________________________ > From: [email protected] > To: [email protected] > Date: Wed, 29 Dec 2010 10:01:46 -0500 > Subject: [Liveaboard] Dr Oz > > Ahoy Ahmet, > > Dr. Oz is a heart surgeon who was a frequent guest on the Oprah TV show > lecturing about health issues and now has his own show. > > He was born in the US of Turkish parents who are also doctors. > > Norm > S/V Bandersnatch > Lying Julington Creek FL > N30 07.68 W081 38.47 > > BTW who is Dr. Oz?
