Hi Ed,
I was reviewing St Katharine's website. The marina Rule#27 states "Vessels must 
not be used for residential purposes"
You might want to get it in writing that they will make an exception for you to 
live aboard.
Didn't mean to put a crimp on your plans. Just trying to give you a heads-up on 
a possible issue and help a fellow sailor.
