I installed a Seaward Princess 9 years ago. This is about the same 
model, ( http://www.seawardproducts.com/3174.htm)  
<http://www.seawardproducts.com/3174.htm>It replaced a similar Seaward 
that probably came with the boat built in '84.  I've never measured the 
oven temp but it has always done what I've asked it.
