It must be a family thing...

I heard that Ken sent his wife Martha to Lowe's to buy a hinge (for their
boat, of course).

While Martha was standing in front of the hinge display a store assistant
walked up and asked if he could help her.

When she showed him the hinge she needed he responded by telling her that
they just got a new shipment that included that style hinge but they were
still in the back room.  If she would wait a moment he would go get her one.

Just as he was about to go the back room Martha called him back.

"Oh my," Martha said, "Those bathroom fixtures are beautiful, how much are
they?"

"They're pewter, they are $324."

"Well, I won't be getting them today. but I do need the hinge."

The store assistant was in the back room looking at the needed hinge in his
hand and got an ideal.

"Miss, do you wanna screw for that hinge?" he called out.

"No," she responded, "but I will for the bathroom fixtures..."
