Hi all,

I tried to post an earlier greeting (pre-Christmas, but never saw it)
so I assume it took a bounce.

We are in LONDON after crossing the Atlantic Ocean earlier this year.

A picture of our Live Aboard Cruising vessel ANGEL LOUISE while about
2000 miles from Falmouth England and around 2000 miles from Brunswick
GA was taken by a Dutch family as they passed us for 45 seconds:

We can report that we reserved a spot at ST KATHARINE DOCKS for 6
months last fall, and have loved being here in the center of London,
next to the Tower Bridge and next to the TOWER OF LONDON on the River.
The cost runs about $1000 a month after conversion but includes
electric for heat, plus water. WE LOVE LONDON! It was a ten year
dream, even predating moving aboard to someday come here.

London is very cool with a maritime moderated climate that runs about
10 degrees colder than San Francisco's climate. Despite being 1000
miles closer to the North Pole than New York, the Gulf Stream
moderates it all! We miss being in the ICW and nearer all our US
friends but wish you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR... We plan to visit the
Mediterranean next winter before crossing back to the South Caribbean
and going up to the US the following year (should we live so long
<grin>).
