We bought a nice 27' Shasta (Ford E350 chassis) Class C (cab over type) off
Craig's List for $7.5K.
You can park in Walmart or Sam's Club for free and go to a RV place
periodically ($25-$40 per night) to dump and fill.
Storage when you're not using the rig can be a problem. Try a relative, in
exchange for using it.

we can unpack our car and focus on finding a boat instead of spending our days
finding places to stay and something to eat?
