I don't know. I used mostly 1/2" copper with some brass fittings and valves, but with a 3" section of clear plastic for checking for bubbles and flow on the suction line, and about 10' of plastic garden hose for a transfer line from a reserve tank to a main tank.
The were both replaced this year (after 30 years use), with similar material, because the clear section was no longer clear and I installed a larger transfer pump so I wanted larger hose for it. Norm S/V Bandersnatch Lying Julington Creek FL Can PVC pipe be used for piping diesel Fuel tanks??
