Rental companies should have high output electric or gas pumps available.  
Harbor Freight may have one cheap enough to buy.  Something with a 2" hose.  
This should raise the boat, or you will see turbulence where the water is 
entering.   Once raised, you can swim around with a plastic grocery bag and see 
if the hull draws it into any leaks.
