Hah! I thought it was a typo on the list ! My reasoning: the first one
was apic why not the second?
ACPI is "Advanced Configuration and Power Interface"
APIC is "Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller"
Thanks for your oops reports, they suggest that you may be able to work
around the problem by booting with the following line:
linux noapic pci=noacpi nohlt mem=nopentium
