Comment:
As Archaic pointed out this is very likely due to our not using the
--with-editor parameter when building Subversion.
I personally don't view this as 'broken'. I rather like being able to
specify which editor you choose to use with the SVN_EDITOR variable.
However, I'm leaving this ticket open as it's very likely that others want
or expect it to have been preset. Comments very welcome.
