I was surprised last week to see that the live CD now uses jhalfs.  I was 
surprised because last time around (6.1.1) I managed to get nalfs working and 
that now, all I needed was a quick system for an important task but then I 
faced the curve of learning how jhalfs works.  And nalfs was not also 
included on the live CD to ease any transition.  I guess due to shortage of 
space !

Luckily I found an already-built 6.1.1 somewhere in a virtual machine and I 
used that system.
