John Stumbles, If you want to play the entire audio track and insert video to fit, there are two ways you can go. The first is to open the audio itself as a clip, before you add any video clips to the project. Then use multi track mode to insert the video clips. be sure to keep video and audio decoupled until you have at least as much video as audio in the finished project. Second, this takes longer but can be well worth it, figure out how long your music is in frames (25 frames per second) then Tools>Generate>generate blank frames and generate the blank frames to the current set, not to the clipboard. then add audio, again decoupled from video until you are ready to render the entire project.
