It seems to be only in squeeze (testing) - 1.3.4-1+b1: kfreebsd-i386 http://packages.debian.org/search?searchon=names&keywords=lives I did aptitude remove --purge my existing 0.9.9.3 version (which, I guess, came from debian-multimedia) and tried to install the version from testing it runs into massive dependency problems. I don't know if I'd do any better trying to build it from sources. To be honest I got around the immediate problem by converting my MOV files to DV and editing them in kino (which works, and I'm familiar with from editing camcorder tapes). But it would be good to try something with more facilities than kino. -- John Stumbles http://stumbles.org.uk :-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-:-: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Start uncovering the many advantages of virtual appliances and start using them to simplify application deployment and accelerate your shift to cloud computing. http://p.sf.net/sfu/novell-sfdev2dev _______________________________________________ Lives-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/lives-users
