OK, I have a fix for the first problem, seems like it would only occur when
renaming / moving a set. In the meantime you can workaround this by either
saving the set with the same name, or else creating the layouts directory
as you are doing. I will send a patch for it later, it's just one line to
check if that directory exists. I changed the command a little so it is not
allowed to fail.
Regarding the second bug, it looks really weird...I am checking what could
cause this.
