Ok looking at it from a phone. I think the question I have on it is around the dotest.py change - fine on Linux but looks like it ditches the default on MacOSX of doing x86_64 and x86 if I'm reading it right? Apple still wants to run both of those in the same conditions they were using before.
If you want it cleaner, you could do the plugin thing like we do for the builders to get the defaults, but might be simpler to just keep the block for Darwin.
