I was expecting that one of the API's that the class you provided to implement 
the scripted frame provider would have a static `applies_to_thread(thread : 
SBThread)` method.  If there was no such method, it would match all threads, 
and if there was a method, it would be consulted and if it returns True, lldb 
would attach an instance of the provider to that thread, and otherwise not.
