I think many of these differences were not visible in the pixel diff because
they are either invisible in the HTML (`{title-reference}`) or they are hidden
in the big pixel diff from the blockquote removal, and that was my main quality
evaluation criteria: Does it render the same.
Anyway, I went through a new diff, I think it looks good. I'm publishing new
HTML, but that will take 15min, FYI.
