Sorry for only noticing this so late in the release process. I was upgrading
Julia to LLVM11 and I noticed that we were producing many spurious error
messages (https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=46805). I am testing
https://reviews.llvm.org/D85313 right now, but I do expect it to fix the issue
I am seeing.
If we are to late in the release process I can carry the patch locally since we
already carry a Julia specific patchset.
