Steps to reproduce (after fresh start):

1. Add controller.
2. Select any slider - say: FX1 - and connect it to the controller.
3. Right-click on it again, selecting "remove connection".

You'll see slider "frozen"; it won't be possible to move it.

4. Right-click on FX1, selecting "reset" from its menu.

..and this won't help.

But sometimes, when doing it all swapping the order of steps 3 and 4 -
it works just fine.

Workaround for today: if the slider gets "frozen" switch to any other
bank - can be "B" - then switch bank back again.

And notice: after the first "freeze" is resolved, then it happens not
always. To reproduce always try "fresh start" of the program.

I'm trying LMMS 0.4.15 with kernel 3.9.0 compiled with gcc 4.7.1, my
glibc is 2.11.1
System 64-bit
