NetBeans displays a single dialog saying "One or more refrences is
missing..." and puts a red exclamation mark on those that failed to load.
Your drawing is a cool concept, but it's too unix-ish. Music composers
don't like to read logs.
I vote to show one dialog, then some non-intrusive visual alert (such as
red exclaim icon or red borderon button) on those plugins that broke.
