Hmm. How about a log panel with a message "Some plugins failed to load.
Beware / be aware".
If we're fighting popups, let's fight them for good!
Another thing is: could LMMS not replace missing plugins with dummies? If I
save a file like this, the plugins and their presets are lost. Could this
data be kept intact even when the plugin is not found?
Also: I like the warning icon idea for missing plugins. I can make a
graphic for that if needed.
