Thank you kindly Toby. This is fantastic. No bugs to report yet, I'll
test more extensively tonight.

As far as features/visual:

*Some initial pros:*

   - The new beat/bassline editor behavior that underlines the note when
it's dimmed is a fantastic addition.
   - New instruments!! OpulenZ, sfxr!
   - Love most of the new artwork.
   - Add/remove steps buttons!!!!!

   - Love the new piano roll colors and especially the blue that's being
used. Great work Vesa. I'd almost vote that become the new logo color. ;)

   - Those knobs are kick-ass, good work.
   - Cool new llama!

*Some initial cons:*

   - New icon bleeds a bit into the OS, needs better border.
   - Scrollbars seem a big bright considering the new color scheme.
   - Mismatched dimensions for the instrument icons cause some visual
spacing issues for the instrument text.
   - Navigator icons could probably be more flat and transparent as the
gradients just don't do justice at such as small resolutions
   [image: Inline image 2]
   - The mute and solo buttons are even less obvious to what purpose they
serve. Would a M and S letterbox serve a better visual? The old ones
weren't conjoined as much so now they break the way I think.
   - I really don't think the play, stop and record buttons fit the overall
   theme.
   - The note scales/chords icons don't fit the theme at all (perhaps
   they're not done yet)
