Well the thing is, this would be after the new FX mixer, where instead
of 64 static mixer channels, you can add/remove mixer channels as
needed, so there wouldn't be any need to have "unused" mixer channels in
the first place - presumably, any existing mixer channel that gets added
would be used in some fashion, and unused ones removed.

And since the new FX mixer also allows daisy-chaining FX channels
together, ie. sending a channel to one or more other channels, some of
the channels will be likely to be used as "intermediate" channels not
meant for export. Thus I think it's best to just let the user choose
which ones to export.
