No, a "portable app" means a self-contained application, one that
doesn't need installing and can be ran from eg. a usb drive...

Just to clarify that.

Why not just a windows version though? Why not a portable Linux app as
well while we're at it? Heck, why not a live USB ISO with a small
LMMS-focused distro respin ;)
